I forgot my registration password. What can I do?
We will need to reset the registration for your copy of RealFlight. Please complete the request form below.
Once your information has been verified, we will reset the registration. You can then re-register with a new password.
Please note: Great Planes can only reset the registration for the current registered owner. If you received RealFlight secondhand, the original owner will need to grant permission to clear his/her information from the registration. Alternatively, we can accept a verifiable receipt for a secondhand purchase (handwritten receipts cannot be accepted). You can email (email@example.com) or fax (217-398-7721) your receipt to Great Planes Software Support with the serial number for the software.
